Shipping Documentation

If you're not sure what documentation is required for your shipment, the below details should help.

COMMERCIAL INVOICE

This is simply a copy of the invoice you sent to your buyer. Invoices are needed for every commercial shipment. If you aren't sure how to prepare an invoice, please have a look at our templates below.

PACKING LIST

Not always necessary but are often useful to accompany the invoice particularly if you are shipping a long list of items.

CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN

Normally only required for shipments to the Middle East. We can arrange to have these issued on your behalf.

BILL OF LADING

For sea shipments, we will issue either an original Bill of Lading or an Express Bill of Lading (waybill) depending on your requirements.

AIR WAYBILL

Air Waybills are issued according to your instructions. A draft AWB will be sent to you prior to the departure of your shipment.

PACKING DECLARATION (for Australia)

Required for any cargo with wood packaging.
